1. Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2. No right of withdrawal for leisure events

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for our events, as these are services in the field of leisure activities and a specific date or period is provided for the fulfillment of the contract.

That means:
Your booking is binding and cannot be cancelled.

 

3. Goodwill arrangement

If you are unable to participate at short notice, we offer the following as a voluntary goodwill solution:

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before the event.

• Or: You can transfer your ticket to another person – please inform us in good time by email to contact.noviclub@gmail.com.

 

4. Refund in case of cancellation by us

Should we have to cancel an event (e.g. due to illness, force majeure or insufficient number of participants), we will refund the full ticket price.

Further claims are excluded.
