Validity
This voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue. The exact date is printed on the voucher.

Redemption
The voucher can be redeemed for all novi club events. Partial redemption is possible; any remaining balance will be retained until the voucher's expiry date.

Cash payment
Cash payment is not possible.
 

Cancellation
Purchases made through our online shop are subject to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, provided the voucher has not already been redeemed. Vouchers for events with a fixed date are not subject to this right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
 

Loss
We accept no liability for loss or theft.
