General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for participation in events of the novi club

 

 

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Kaifer & Suchanek GbR, Nymphenburgerstraße 69, 80335 Munich, represented by Paula Suchanek & Anne Kaifer (hereinafter "Organizer" or "we") and the participants of our events (hereinafter "Customer", "Participant" or "you") in their version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

 

2. Subject matter of the contract

The novi club regularly organizes creative events and workshops.

The subject of the contract is participation in a specific event that can be booked via our website.

 

3. Registration & Contract Conclusion

Bookings can be made online via our website www.novi-club.de .

By clicking the "Book now" button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation.

 

4. Prices & Payment

All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT.

Payment is made directly at the time of booking via the offered payment methods (e.g. Stripe, PayPal etc.).

 

5. Withdrawal & Cancellation by Participant

Free cancellation is possible up to 10 days before the event. After that, a refund is not possible.

Alternatively, the ticket can be transferred to another person – please inform us in good time by email.

 

6. No right of withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal, as this is a leisure event with a fixed date.

 

7. Cancellation by the organizer

Should the event have to be cancelled due to insufficient registration, illness, or force majeure, we will fully refund the ticket price. Further claims are excluded.

 

8. Liability

Participation in our events is at your own risk.

We are not liable for damage to property or health unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

We accept no liability for clothing or personal belongings.

 

9. Use of photo and video material

During our events, photos and videos may be taken, which we use for marketing purposes (e.g., Instagram, website).

By participating, you agree to be photographed. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

 

10. Data protection

Your data will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy .

Your data will only be used for processing your booking and to inform you about upcoming events.

 

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
