The giveaway is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany.

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @novi.club on Instagram

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag one person they have always wanted to attend a novi event with

Participants can receive one additional entry ("bonus entry") by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @novi.club.

Multiple comments are permitted, provided that a different person is tagged in each comment.

Employees of novi.club and any partners involved in organizing or conducting the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize

One winner will receive:

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another item.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the entry period has ended.

The winner will be notified on 22 July exclusively via direct message from the official Instagram account @novi.club.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, novi.club reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped exclusively within Germany.

Cash payment or personal collection of the prize is not possible.

6. Liability / Changes or Termination of the Giveaway

novi.club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons if its proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

7. Data Protection

Any personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

The data will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their stored personal data.
